Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which was great. However, I encountered issues like inconsistent housekeeping and the pool not being up to standard. Additionally, there was debris in the hallways and some maintenance issues that need attention.

The room was hot when you first entered. The floors above the first were hot. No air conditioning. Telephone didn't work in the room. Toilet didn't flush right. Halls and elevator were filthy. I'll never stay at another Days Inn!

great parks and landmarks for weekend strollers and explorers

I loved being so close to Memorial Park, perfect for a leisurely weekend stroll, while also enjoying a good breakfast that included tasty waffles and scrambled eggs were good. The check-in area was convenient with quick access to local eateries, which suited my exploration style well.

Lighting was very poor in room 209. Need better reading lamp by bed, and for working at the desk. Outdated a/c so had to deal with the noise of the unit or be uncomfortably warm. Pillows so soft but with extra's managed to be okay.

Set right next to highway, it was a plus.

The staff was very helpful and provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was convenient and ideal, close to the center of town. The hotel covered all our needs. The food was reasonably priced.

We found good rates at the hotel. the property was located near many stores and restaurants in downtown. - the hotel was in a favorable and decent location, away from the main traffic area. - It was only 2 miles from Christ Episcopal Church.

I liked the quietness of the room. It needed maintenance in the bathroom. The rod coming out of drywall.

try were redoing the ground around the hotel. it was bar with bags to work with,fence by pool was part out.

Had a cozy stay overall. the room was nice and had modern decor, plus the windows offered some privacy. However, the TV wasn't up to par. the location was superb, right by the expressway, making it easy to move around 🚗.

Bed was great. Pool was clean and pool area comfortable. Good dietary options for breakfast, though they continually ran out of everything including coffee.

The hallways and elevators were stifling hot. The front desk staff opened the door to my room while I was asleep, then claimed that she'd knocked, but even my dog didn't hear them until they pushed in the key card. When I said something to the front desk the next morning, the excuse was that the computers didn't accurately let them know which rooms were occupied so they had to walk around knocking on doors. When I said that it had caused me to lose sleep, the answer was "What do you want me to do about it? I have no control over that!" No eye contact, no sincerity.

No phone in room...pubic hair all over the bathroom...looks lie it was not clean......no toilet paper had to go pay my own...air condition did not cool room until 4:00 am ...No Internet like they said they had ...true fir two day to connect....will never stay there again...

The room I stayed in was clean and had a cool, modern vibe. The windows were great for privacy, and it had all the amenities I needed. 🌟 The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Plus, there was free parking available for guests.

Here was really quiet and just what we needed. We both had a good time. 🌟
